Damnit. Leave A-Rod on and take Hucles out.

    Hucles is gassed.

I got a little confused on that one. I was like "how is that even possible?"

Faintly reminiscent of Akers during her Mustaffa phase. ;)

About bloody time. And I was thinking Pia would bunker if she didn't bring Kai in.

I'm fascinated that even at this hour someone still has their wits about them. Me like!

    Keep the ball.

We finally put together two passes in a row.

heath (despite the bad nutmeg on own half), arod and hoa were strong this game.
    box and lloyd much better
our defense was a big concern and still way to many stupid long balls.
first touches were weak, our finishing was weak, but I think a major problem is this team is just not smart. Individually and as a team. They play like high school girls.

Someone in the last thread asked what the numbers were for. Someone else replied...

"I think it's her locker combination."

They played better today, but they are still having problems scoring.

Not sure we will be able to hold it together in the final rounds.

Chastain has been on with her commentary, but I wish she would allow some silence. There is nothing wrong with being quiet.

Japan has been getting a lot of crosses into the box, but nobody has been at the back to take a shot.

3 min stoppage finally over and the US wins 1-0 just like the men.
