Anybody know if the upcoming AFC Cup in January will be shown on US TV? If my memory serves me correctly...the last one may have been on One World Sports?
One World Sports was replaced by Eleven Sports. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eleven_Sports_Network_(United_States) says Eleven Sports has the AFC Cup, but I wouldn't be totally sure until I see their schedule. I get Eleven Sports, but many people don't or haven't heard of it.
Thanks! - I see that I also have Eleven Sports (what a strange collection of sports they show, but hey, good for them!). Hoping they do show it - I see the AFC Cup has expanded to 24 teams, so hoping for a good competition to watch.
Seeing that the same article lists the AFC Champions League as a property of ElevenSports while in reality rights belong to DAZN in the US, I'm not so sure ElevenSports has them. All other sites listing the TV rights say it's ElevenSports but this one is truly a wait-and-see. BTW, the competition is officially known as the AFC Asian Cup. The 'AFC Cup' is a club competition akin to UEFA's Europa League as it features teams that didn't quite make the AFC Champions League. SA www.soccertvblog.com
