    Interesting article on early days of Prp soccer in the USA

    The referee mentioned is Dick Giebner. He was on the FIFA list for 9 years and received the Pearson Award for his services to the referee program. He was active into his 90s and was often seen as an assessor at the Dallas Cup and other tournaments.

    In these days when many people think that soccer started in 1990, it is valuable to recall the pioneers!
