I used to walk to and from school, uphill, in the snow, 252.7 miles a day. Driving it on a nice september day is nothing.

Myself and two others from the Pittsburgh area.

But... we're not sitting in the Sam's section... and I might have a white jersey on... will I be flogged?

    We will tip generously, however.

I am REALLY getting psyched for this game.

We win and we're going to Germany. The players are quite well aware of that too, and you can bet they're gonna be playing to win.

Also, from the Mexican perspective, if they win they're in. This is gonna be another superclassico.

I really want to see Marquez get nutmegged and scored on.

Yup, that about says it all right there. Win and we're in! It should be quite a party after the US victory. We can't wait to get to C-bus!

I hear ya Mike. I'm ready for it all. 8-9 hour drive. Friday night parties. Helping set up before the game. Tailgating before. 2000 Sammers. Celebratory tailgate afterwards, including a cigar with Monty and the gang while dreaming of Germany. Party afterwards. 8-9 hour drive home, hungover.

Sounds like a wonderful weekend to me!

Did Sam's Army really sell 2000 tickets? What's the record for biggest Sam's Army section at a game?

Sounds like both 136 and 137 are going to be SA sections from front to back.

My ticket is for sec. 137 row 19 seat 16, so if I end up having to sit in my seat I'll be right smack in the middle of SA

And the sections around us tend to become a sort of mini SA as well, seeing as most of them end up standing and cheering for the game becasue the people in front of the other sections tend to stand up, thus blocking their view. Hopefully it will be one gigantic wall of red behind the goal.

    In there.

To everyone, this looks to be a great time and hope the boyz on the pitch do the business. Andrew and co., a bang-up job.

To everyone travelling to C-Bus from all points, I wish you all a safe journey to and from C-Bus.

Just be happy you'll be there ... that's all that should matter. Being there to watch our boys qualify officially for the World Cup.

Didn't say I was unhappy to be going.

Serves as a testament to how fast they sold out the sections.

Yeah, I'm sure they'll be talking about this game just like La Guerra Fria for the next 4 years.
