Just come to the Blind Pig. I have 2 extra tickets in Sam's Army and am hoping to be at the Pig by 5pm (after 18 holes of golf and a few drinks business associate).
Couple of tidbits: I saw some of the Venezualen Teams players walking down Euclid Ave taking in the Cleveland sites yesterday. Wuld have tried to get pics but I was driving at the time. The team is training at CSU. Tickets sold as of Earlier this moring are around 26.5k Should be a nice turnout.
The general rule for SA is red, but a lot of people wear white and blue as well. As long as it has a US Soccer crest or says USA on it, you'll do just fine. I always wear a jersey (not red), but my SA Columbus Brigade scarf adds my fair share of bright color to the section. From the sounds of things, it appears that we'll have a lot of first-timers or newcomers to the section tomorrow. I saw this in a post somewhere through this thread, but is anyone bringing a drum (preferrably bass)??? I'll have my small snare drum, but it's not real loud.
Me and my 8 year old son are coming to town from DC via Detroit (family). Let it rain all night long and hopefully clear up for the game. See yall tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
still deciding if I can make the trip tomorrow. I think I might just find out at work and go on a whim. Anyone care to guess how long it would take from Ann Arbor?
Mike, you should know better I'll have my Irish drum with me which is better and deeper than a snare. Any chance we can get the bass for Crew Stadium to come up?
I'm pretty sure I can get it...but, can we get it into the stadium without a major hassle? We're leaving around 11:30am tomorrow from Columbus, let me know what you think by then.
Google maps told me over 4 hrs from lansing, we are making a couple of stops in route so we are leaving in 15-20 mins See ya'll at the Pig
If you were the ugly guy )) with the cowboy hat on, your mug was all over the tube in the last 10 minutes or so of the game.
