I'd really like to see the Charrua's slaughter colombia , in somewhat similar fashion than they did w/ Peru..

"7 or 8 clubs are economically independent, the rest have a budget restriction, they can't spend more than a given top, that could increase by the years.(i think it's similar in england with the lower leagues).and besides, the association pays the salaries when these clubs can't afford some wages (like the MLS?)."

Which are the economically independent clubs?

Also, sorry to be pedantic but there is no spending restriction in the English lower leagues, it happens in the whole of rugby league but not at all in football.

with lower leagues,i meant literally :D below the 4th division and before the 9 or 10 level which i pressume is amateur.Boston for example, surpased the budget and got relegated 2 consecutive years, they were in 4th division now in 7

the independent clubs are peñarol, naciomal, defensor, danubio, wanderers, river plate, bella vista and liverpool

    14 visitas=historia, o no?

    Cuantas opciones crearon uds?

Si estan dolidos no vengan a descargarse aca.

No one from this thread even goes into colombia thread to trash talk , But these idiot's feel compelled somhow do troll in the Uruguay forum for no apparent reason... im glad Uruguay went into Colombia and beat them after the way the trolls talked crap about tying w/ Venezuela!.

Even Venzolanos didn't trash talk or Peruvians posters .. By the way respect for the colombians that don't act like asses and troll other forums ..

Abreú doesn't want to return to Israel because apparently since he's there they didn't pay him a single penny, it's believed that for the rest of the year River could sign him to play the Sudamericana.

Not quite, they were relegated because they went into administration - meaning they were in effect bankrupt. Surpassing their budget is their own business, in English football there are no spending restrictions at any level, based on budget or anything else, unless the club goes into administration and becomes unable to pay their creditors etc.

    From A.C Milan

    Tabare Viudez and Mathias Cardacio

the last one is highly regarded as the next Pirlo

Not to bring you down, but there is no way Cardaccio is the next Pirlo.
The guy isnt even the best in Uruguay, let alone any league in Europe. Maybe if you are talking about some other Pirlo.
Viudez, I've heard pretty good things about him. But he's still really young so only time will tell
My favorite Uruguayan player is Palermo forward Edinson Cavani.
    Have you heard about hiim?
