Is this satire? He’s easily been the worst player wearing a blue shirt

At halftime: sub in Ramirez for Zardes, Arriola for Ebobisse (Baird switches sides), Cannon for Lovitz, and Canouse for Bradley (not that he's been bad, we just don't need to see it).

I dont see Zardes making the full team. With Wood, Sargent, Weah, maybe Morris or Jozy and others... I just can't see it. Maybe GB will try somebody else in the second half?

Is this satire? He had the pinpoint pass for the assist, a couple near misses where he overlapped behind teammates, had a good work-rate, and was able to get to spots off the dribble even though the ball sometimes escaped him. A lot there to build off.

How do you post screen shots? I’d love to screen shot the texts I’m getting from my buddy who played with the USMNT.

I’m not watching the game, but these texts are hilarious.

He’s asking for the “permanent substitution” of “Zardes, Roldan, Ebobisse, and Lima”

Ebobisse was just not involved in the first half. Spent a lot time off the field and not involved on the field

    You forgot Weah.

Weah, Sargent and Wood are our top 3 strikers.

I don't see anyone out there today threatening for a spot in our full team's attack.

    Thoroughly mediocre.

Baird, Roldan and Mihailovic looked very solid. Nice to see some new faces!

Good. If they are, that means the Euro guys all fell apart.

On the play I am talking about, the ball was turned over and passed deep to Zardes. Zardes laid it off to Baird ... who promptly ran directly into a defender and got stripped.

Def rewatch. Bradley makes a poor pass and near turnover that against a better side would have been punished.

    Why sub out Ebobisse?

Mihailovic while a prospect, I like his style and game.

As far as domestic talent it will be interesting to see his progress this coming season coming off the knee injury.

I think the use of Lima as a false fullback has been interesting tactically.

Looks like a light scrimmage, neither team bringing much intensity.

At least the US is getting the better of things, but I find it difficult to make many judgement off these kinds of games. Good to see Mihailovic get the goal although a bit lucky bouncing off two opponents before going in.

Mihailovic seems intriguing. Would like to see him linking up with better players

He's kind of a force-fit in the first place in that position. There are 3 strikers up top. And he had his moments. Nice cross and he had a very quick hit ahead that I remember. But overall he wasn't creative or visible out there.

Well he spent a big chunk of it off the field after bumping heads & then getting wrapped to stop the bleeding. Had the early nice cross to Zardes.

Agreed that the our right produced more chances.

Still, a decent half. First time coach. New system. First time together. 5 guys getting their first caps. I will take it.

Not great, but all the negativity is myopic garbage. We are doing fine.

What was on the back of the fourth official's jacket? It almost looked like QR codes.

I thought that had more to do with Lovitz being terrible and Roldan standing out on the other side of the field. I thought Ebobisse was solid
