There is really one only way to find out, this is more or less the team of last season, we can't say they were playing well, but at least they were playing. If the same team down performs this way, maybe the cause is elsewhere, very likely the coach; there's always a breaking point between players and coach, even in the very best clubs. And chances are, if things don't go well, that the players have decided to row against the current till the coach is let go. This happens all the times.
We got 3 points in the last eight games, we are at 6 defeats in a row, with the high chance they'll become 7 saturday, seen how Toronto demolished NYC today, I would say the message is more than clear
You've said this 700 times Mrs. Olsen. We know the roster sucks, but there is no way Ben's batting 1.000 or even .220.
I agree Ben is not above .200, the Mendoza line, right now. I will however continue to stick with Ashton and the roster being bigger problems than Ben is.
His "team" is leading the entire league in so many key categories, fewest wins, most losses, fewest points, fewest goals, most goals allowed, biggest negative goal differential, and lowest points per game. He deserves to coach a MLS team as much as Andrew Dice Clay deserves to be Poet Emeritus of the United States (I hope that doesn't give someone any ideas)
I honestly don't care if we lose every game for the rest of the season as long as Olsen and Ashton are fired this week. It can't get any worse than this. james
Love that movie. We lost to the almost worst team in the league 4-0. If we lose every other match 4-0 it will maintain the status quo. james
Your pony is in Aisle 7 at Harris Teeters, you need to buy the entire case of alpo to make sure you get all of it It's just that kind of season
Okay, Ashton is a shit and sandpaper sandwich, and the owners are a shit and ground glass burrito. That doesn't change the fact that Olsen (as coach) is a deli tuna salad sandwich that has been sitting around for seven years: perfectly acceptable at one point, but now very much past it.
I will go to 1 game and that will be the last one at RFK to give tribute to the great memories of the early years of DC United.
They'll probably try to sell last game tix for 175.00 but if it's about RFK only betcha Howard will play there after United leaves,
