Who still wears a watch? Is it the same people who use a map and bring their camcorders to "tape" where the film developing place and Blockbuster used to be? I think it's this:
There is no way you can justify wearing a watch. You already have a clock with you at all times and a nice bracelet is lighter and far more fashionable.
There is no way a bracelet is a better fashion choice than a watch. Although any bracelet would be a better fashion choice than that Union watch.
im going to spend all my money on mineral merchandise this thursday, so i wont have any left over for the rubber watch
So, I'm at a public meeting today where there is a strict "No Phones" policy a la 1998. I'm bored and take out my phone to see what time it is. An official looking dude (with a gun) immediately comes up to me and barks "No Phones!" I tell him that I'm looking at what time it is and he says, "Well then, get a watch!" LOL.
Yeah, I was at the Pentagon today and was in a "No Electronics" area and sharted when the fellow with the assault rifle asked if I could read the sign as I pulled my phone out. I'm thinking of getting that ol wristwatch repaired.
I just measure the fidget level if the class to know when I am done. Works great, plus or minus ten minutes.
I teach in similar setting- university, different rooms, clock in front. we have a multimedia podium in the front. keep my phone on it. check time when I walk by or go to advance slides/change formats.
Y'all are gonna look so lame next season when you show up in your home jerseys with the old school MLS crest on them: http://www.mlssoccer.com/NEXT?utm_source=Email&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=MLSNextAnnouncement Solution: pony up $120 for a new jersey with the "correct" crest.
