Three games have been reversed :in a switch from the draw, Brøndby, Fortuna and Breidablik are at home in the first leg.

All the first leg games are played tomorrow except the Barca v Minsk one.

Well, at least they don't ask to be even called the underdogs!

I can understand low-profile and respect of the opponent, but this is a little too much...

lets hope Bayern Munich is back in full training mode for their CL game, they sure didn't seem like it lately

It's interesting seeing anti-hubris popping up with some teams.... Barca here is acting kinda like how the NC Courage act, always trying to label themselves as "underdogs" no matter what the situation.

Given their complete lack of league title wins over the past few years despite boasting a very good squad on paper, I don't think they ever want to be seen as favorites.

Very poor performance from Slavia in a match-up that wouldn't be favorable on a good day, but ~5,300 attendance isn't bad.

Double own goal for Brondby... ouch

    ManCity/Madrid looking good!

    =edit=
Side note: the fact that only two matches in the **round of sixteen** were decided by less than four goals is sad. Still too massively lopsided in Europe.

And one of the matches that was less than a four-goal victory margin was 5-0 Arsenal before Slavia Prague scored two goals late to make the difference three.

You knew Twente would be overmatched against Wolfsburg but it should have done a little less worse than 0-6. Dire!

Did Houghton get a yellow card for protesting after the ManCity match? It looked like it. Not sure what she was yelling at the referee about.

...Wasn't it three matches? (And of course the number might rise, if the underdogs Barca can play Minsk close)

Hadn't we seen that in advance, by just looking at the pairings?

They play well in the second half, but their first half was dire.
Also the press entrance is via the McDonalds attached to the stadium. Crazy. They actually close half of the McDonalds to let the press go through a corridor to the stadium.

Yes, I miscounted - largely because I saw the "5" in the Slavia 2-5 Arsenal match that @L'orange pointed out and grouped it in with the larger GDs

To a degree, yes, but I didn't expect Arsenal to be that good or Twente to be that bad.

Haven't heard and I am curious, too. Her toe injury was obviously pretty serious as she's been out now for, what, three months?

    4-0 to Barça at half-time... it's a miracle!

    Round of 16 - 1st leg:

    Barcelona 5 - 0 Minsk
    Oshoala 6, Torrejon 20, Bonmati 22, 26, Hermoso 85
    Mariona (FCB) missed penalty (35)

The return leg will be a formality in six of the eight encounters. Atletico-Man City is alive of course, and I believe Brøndby can turn things around in Scotland against Glasgow City. The Danes definitely lost against the run of play yesterday.
