Since “Bosnian diamond” Edin Dzeko, since making the transfer from Manchester City to Roma can barely score with an empty goal, the combative Juventus striker, Mario Mandzukic, would be my first choice for the tip of attack. Damn...pretty harsh.
Harsh but true. Dzeko was a lock to start in these type of articles before but now he's a laughing stock around the Balkans.
http://www.espnfc.us/european-champ...n-his-own-way-as-croatia-compete-at-euro-2016 A really great story.
Damn interesting background. So Srna is 100% Bosnian. I have relatives with the same last name in Bosnia so makes sense.
Honestly hope I'm wrong, but I think Croatia will lose today. Not sure they can play 2 great games in a row.
Hardly . He's only retired from international football , probably due to the Sweden team getting worse rather than better ... He can play on for another 10 years if he chooses . He doesn't run much and he's never been fast . He will never lose his strength , vision and skill .
This style probably works more against Croatia(Portugal is usually more compact) but yea it'll be interesting. They have been joy to watch so far so i'm hoping they continue to do well
Croatia, overall, is playing scared. They need to go balls out like they did vs Spain, that's when they're at their best.
The Portuguese are some dirty ********ers, just constant fouls, stomps, and kicks on the Croats. Ref needs to regain some control and start showing some yellows.
