Sounds about right. Though, assuming they both win their groups, they can only meet as late as the SF. So, one of them has to slip up in the group stage.
And to kick this thread off right, here's a video of a guy trying to sneak a 24 pack of beer bottles into a Turkish soccer game utilizing a grenade vest and cargo pants:
Hallo, Hi from Europe From Germany Im looking forward to Euro 2016 My favorite is Germany and second France. It would be a great final France against Germany England is good, but they mostly suck on penalty shoots. For Copa America I have only one favorite: USA with Klinsi Go Germany Go France GO USA ☺
Germany's the best team in this tournament, if Low doesn't show loyalty to the older players. I'm not sure what he'll do though. France also might have a chance to win, but their defense is incredibly poor. Lloris might need to have an excellent tournament. I'll also throw England into the mix. They have the best strikers in this tournament, but mediocre everything else, comparatively speaking. If those players are finishing their chances, England could have a chance to win the tournament with a lot of back and forth games with many goals.
Portugal is the dark horse. Best team since 06. The midfield is scary good, and quite young. Besides that, look for Germany and France to do well. Shocking, I know.
Much better opening than the Copa. Not a David Guetta (or techno/house in general) fan, but this set up with the band and choir on the field is very cool. Not to mention the flags in the stands.
France reallllllly lucky there. Romania with a huge chance but Stancu hits it right into Lloris' belly.
This Romania could only hope to have a player of Hagi's quality, or even Petrescu, Lupescu or Popescu for that matter. That team was a different animal imo.
Yeah Hagi was amazing. Sucked for me that Argentina lost to them at the time, but I can appreciate it now. But having not seen Romania in a major tourney in a while, they look better than I expected.
Oh my. Now it's France that has a close one. Griezemann heads one right off the woodwork. The hosts have settled in now I think.
Man, Giroud is just underwhelming. Like a French Bendtner. Pogba is another guy whose rep exceeds his end product right now.
French Bendtner is a perfect comparison I think. Needs too many chances to score, and then when he does it's a nice finish that you wonder why he can't do that all the time.
