How many "stonewall penalties" will go uncalled? Will we have another F'cking disgrace? Just to be clear, I think that there were bad calls on both sides and that CFC fans made a mockery of the term "stonewall penalty" which is supposed to mean obvious penalty. I think we deserved to go through, that Abidal should never have been red carded, etc. I also see Suarez get manhandled just like Drogba was, and it often goes uncalled. Well nearly all different players for them now, and they had their revenge in 2012 with the missed PK.
Have the awful feeling that Shitmes is going to start for some reason , well if he does then i hope we don't lose by much
This is the game of the season,no excuses but score two goals at the bridge. Conte will come all guns firing and will want to prove a point and I believe Valverde will again play Paulinho in a 442 and invite Chelsea to press us. That's what, I will do and also get Aleix Vidal in the last two minutes to stretch Alonso. I want to see what Conte does, whether a 343 or a 352. Will he sacrifice Pedro for another midfielder say bakayoko along with Kante and cesc. If he does that and if Barca stay back in a low block, it will put a lot of pressure on the Chelsea midfield and Messi can always choose his time and moment to put in the pass.
A bit surprised to discover that this match will be officiated by Cüneyt Cakir (TUR). He was the referee when these two teams met in the 2012 semifinal second leg at Camp Nou. He sent off John Terry for kneeing Alexis Sanchez from behind which some - a very select few (Chelsea fans and Madridistas) - felt didn't deserve a red card. (They were wrong, of course.) Chelsea advanced and went on to lift the trophy. The following season when Cakir officiated Manchester United and LPB at Old Trafford he sent off Nani, which was met with heavy criticism from the UK media. (I felt the red was justified).
Pique's hand ball is the one that was clear. The rest not so much. In 2012 it's crazy how many chances were wasted in the 1st leg. Could have easily put them away in that game. Messi had a bad couple of decisive moments in the tie, losing the ball in the midfield that lead to the goal at Stamford Bridge and the missed PK.

Messi was actually great in the 1st leg if he didn’t miss that penalty. He tore apart their defense but he wasn’t clinical enough.
PK was in the 2nd leg. He did assist Iniesta in the 2nd goal. Cech also made a great finger tip save on his shot that then hit the post after the missed PK.
