I mean, Alba ain't winning that physical battle with Dzeko. Not much he could have done there.

    FT: 4-1.

This means a 3-0 score for Roma would take them through on away goals. 3-1 would see us through. If we get an away goal, Roma would need 4 to force ET, 5 to advance outright.

Not sure how true, but reports saying Messi struggling with his hamstring.

Good game by Barca. Roma didn't really look too threatening. I didn't like Ter Stegen being a bit too casual with the ball. Made two mistakes that would be goals at least 90% of the time. Unacceptable. Other than his sloppiness, great performance by the team.

Watching Messi today he didn't really seem limited physically. He commanded so much defensive attention to open up the pitch for others and didn't really have amazing chances. Could have scored 1-2 goals but it's not like he choked or looked bad. He played a part in the second and third goals. Meh performance but I'm happier that Suarez got one than if Messi got a hat trick if it means.that Suarez gets his mojo back in the CL ala 2015 when he was nutmegging David Luiz.

Happy with the game overall! :D

Messi played a part in the first goal too. Bad star of the game .... lost the ball 3 or 4 times trying to force things. I do wonder if the Ronaldo thing got in his head. He is definitely not 100% but hopefully he can get the mojo back for the semis assuming nothing bizarre happens. It’s time for Coutinho and Dembele to step up in La Liga.

He could care less about the Ronaldo thing HEHEHE... It's all about winning the game and he's happy for his buddy Suarez getting on the board.
