yup. i'd like to rest martial too but i can't think of another attacking midfielder in the team.

 

If the reports of the pitch being freshly laid are true, neither Zlatan or Rojo's knees should be subjected to it.

An obvious Plan B scenario. Protect players who need protection and play those who need the workout.

While I obviously would have hoped he just did not take part in the game at all, fingers crossed he will come thru unscathed, after another hour workout tops.

Hope Shaw gets a run out, maybe Rojo to not go the 90 and Blind can move to CB to allow Shaw on.

 

i wonder if it's going to be 4-3-3 or pogba playing off lukaku. i'd be curious to see the later. maybe pogba should be our 10?

Oh for some fullbacks that can cross ....

 

Our fullbacks can't cross for shit and Lukaku is about as blunt an object as Fellaini.

 

Fellaini failing at the only thing he's out there for. Easy tap in header and completely fanned on it.

 

That was some good work from Martial. Pity Fellaini could not finish.
