ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (May 11, 2017) — As the build-up to the opening of the Premier Development League season continues, the Tampa Bay Rowdies have confirmed the technical staff that will take charge of Rowdies U23 this coming season. The Rowdies U23 will begin their inaugural PDL season on May 23 under the direction of Head Coach Keith Fulk. Kevin Clinton, a former Rowdies goalkeeper, and Alex Delgado will serve as Assistant Coaches, while Jonathan Tiggs is the Strength and Conditioning Coach.
