MLS seems to finally be realizing that it needs to play more youth...and allow them to move on to bigger clubs. FINALLY!

Still, too many young players in MLS are not getting enough of an opportunity to develop.

Just read that DC United turned down a bid from Leverkusen for Durkin but the player hasn't started 1 game for them all year...what gives????

The following lineup is only from US-eligible U23s in MLS who arent getting enough time:

    ---------------------------------Akinola-------------------------------------------------

    --Chris Mueller------------Gianluca Busio----------------Efrain Alvarez-----

(Josh Perez) (Jackson yueill) (Andrew Carleton)

    ----------------Chris Durkin—Keaton Parks---------

(juan Pablo torres) (eryk Williamson) (derrick jones)

    George Bello---donovan pines----Mark McKenzie-----------Marco Farfan

    (jaylin Lindsey)

    ------------------------
I'm sure there are other players who could be included in this squad as well........

The above lineup only has 8 combined starts this season…..needs to be higher.

Would love to see how this team would do in MLS.

Could be even stronger if you included non-US-eligible U23s in MLS too…..would be much stronger, actually…but I still think this team would do well…and be ENTERTAINING to watch!!!!

the lineup i put out has averaged less than 1 start this season...most of these players havent even started 1 game this year.....and i think they would do pretty well in MLS if they were allowed to play as a team....

how do you think this squad - with additional players added to get to 23 - would do?

Given that it contains a bunch of players that multiple managers believe aren't good enough to start in MLS, it would likely get thrashed by all but the worst MLS teams.

But you know this, you just choose to believe the 5 minutes here and 10 minutes there you see of these players give you a better understanding of their talent than the managers who are paid to watch them every day and who's job depends on them getting their choices right. It s idiotic belief but one you've been hammering for years now.

    Thus you're a broken record.
