Nothing on the best way to get the most out of the individual person who is playing the game? It is not treating ever person who is playing in the same way.
How long will the younger national teams be together in a year two months, three or 6 or the whole year?
Guessing if they are fortunate...three practice weekends and then an entire week together before hitting the road. They all have schools and homes thousands of miles apart with GPA's to worry about. Our son hasn't had time for drivers ED. Maybe FIFA could get them together more often !! ....FIFA the game not the cartel
In that short of time there will be no great improvement. They need to be together for at least 8 months out of the year. Which means they sleep there, go to school there and live there.
