    Grupo A

1st. Uruguay (are so lucky, easit group eva, Forlan is going to score like 12 in the 1st 3 games haha)
2nd. Venezuela (at home, and have a good squad)
    3rd. Peru
    4th. Bolivia

    Grupo B

1st. Brazil (also depends on team they send, if send sub 23, and everyone else brings all their starters we can see them as low as 3rd)
2nd. Chile (Matiaz, Mark Gonzalez, Bravo all quality)
3rd. Mexico ( lets see how they do when SA teams send their real squads)
4th. Ecuador (hope Suarez pulls another miracle and gets these guys out of last place, and winning games away from home)

    Grupo C

1st. Argentina (depends on what team they bring)
2nd. Colombia (bringing their A qualifier team, should preform very well)
    3rd. Paraguay
4th. E.E.U.U (if they bring a B team like it looks they will loose every game, the GOld Cup ends 4 days b4 copa america begins)

one thing that is funny alot of people have mexico qualifing very very high up and USA not qualifing at all but these 2 teams are very very even, and the USA is actually better alot of the time... only thing mexico has going for them is that they are use to playing against SA teams and the US is not

    Brazil
Mexico (Of CONCACAF teams, Mexico seems to do the best outside CONCACAF, and the US does the best within CONCACAF. This will be no exception).
    Ecuador
    Chile

    Group C
    Argentina
    Paraguay
USA (Will be hung over from winning Gold Cup week prior - See Mexico comment)
    Colombia

    Quarters:
Ecuador over Mexico (Ecuador avenges group stage loss to Mexico)
    Uruguay over Peru
    Brazil over Paraguay
Argentina over Venezuela (AET - Home fans heartbroken).

    Semis:
    Uruguay over Argentina
Argentina over Brazil (another one for the ages).

    Finals:
Argentina over Uruguay (anti-climactic blowout for Argentina after squeaking by in the quarters and semis).

P.S. I can't believe they basically have Argentina and Brazil slated to meet in the semis instead of the finals.

USA will do horribly and lose all their games and not even score a single goal and never be invited to Copa America again :)

Colombia's bringing their A squad + playing close to home + historically has done very well in Copa America (lost in semi's to Argentina in Peru 04). They missed the 5th spot for the 02' WC by 1 GOAL and the 06' WC by 1 POINT. They have done well against Paraguay and USA. They play well against Argentina as well.
    My predictions:

    Grupo A

    1st. Venezuela
    2nd. Uruguay
    3rd. Bolivia
    4th. Peru

    Grupo B

    1st. Brazil
    2nd. Ecuador
3rd. Mexico (qualify as 3rd best)
    4th. Chile

    Grupo C

    1st. Argentina
    2nd. Colombia
3rd. Paraguay (qualify as 3rd best)
    4th. USA

    Group A
    Uruguay
    Venezuela
    Peru 3 pts
    Bolivia

    Group B

Brazil 7 pts Wins against Ecu, Mex, ties Chile
Chile (Bravo, Fernandez, Pizarro, Suazo boy what a beauty!!!) 5 pts Wins against Ecu, Ties Mex, Bra
    Mexico 2pts Ties Chi, Ecu
    Ecuador 1 pt ties Mex.

    Group C
Argentina 5 pts Win against US, two ties
Paraguay 5 pts Win agains Colombia two ties
Colombia 4 pts Win against US, ties Argentina, loses Paraguay
USA (Will be hung over from winning Gold Cup) 1pt.

    QF:

Venezuela - Colombia - Colombia wins
Brazil - Paraguay - Brazil wins
Argentina - Peru - Argentina routes Peru
Chile - Uruguay - Chile beats Uruguay

    SF

Colombia - Chile (Because the calendar is set to Favor Venezuela, but Colombia takes their place) - Colombia wins:D
Brazil - Argentina - Brazil wins!!!

    Final: Brazil beats Colombia
    3rd: Chile over Argentina....

    Group A

    1st. Uruguay 9 points
    2nd. Venezuela 4 points
    3rd. Peru 4 points
    4th. Bolivia 0 points
Uruguay beats everyone and Venezuela, being the home team ties with Peru but kills Bolivia. Peru beats Bolivia as well but lose to Uruguay. Venezuela go up on goal difference.

    Group B

    1st. Brazil 9 hard points
    2nd. Ecuador 4 points
    3rd. Mexico 4 points
    4th. Chile 0 points
Mexico level with Ecuador on points but 3rd due to goal differnece after Ecuador beats Chile 3-1 and lose to Brazil merely 1-0 while Mexico gets spanked 4-1 by Brazil. Chile loses all it's matches and Brazil's olympic squad look pretty good but they struggle at times.

    Group C

    1st. Argentina 7 points
    2nd. Colombia 6 points
    3rd. USA 4 points
    4th. Paraguay 1 point
Surprised USA tie with Argentina but lose to Colombia and beat Paraguay. Argentina wins all matches except their tie. Colombia beat USA and tie paraguay, lose to Argentina. Paraguay, despite playing well, loses all matches by 1 goal except for a 2-2 with Colombia.

Im a bit biased when it comes to group B, but other than that I would not be surprised if the best third comes from group A. All peru would need is a draw and a win. The other two groups are very even so I dont see both third place teams making it.

I really like the groups and all but I hope that Venezuela gets shocked by Bolivia and fail to make it to the next round. That will show conmebol not to screw with the draw.
