Will be interesting to see who gets the starting striker spot(s). Several options in the rotation to work with next season. Ribamar is the big new investment but Mugosa has been scoring steadily during test matches this summer. Olic and Mölders are both still capable of contributing goals.

my face when I realized you can post twitter posts in here.... Zum Ausflippen! 💙 Stefan #Aigner ist zurück bei den #Löwen! Vertrag bis 2020. https://t.co/tXUAsspxyD #tsv1860 #ELIL pic.twitter.com/iXghbwfafy— TSV 1860 München (@TSV1860) July 30, 2016
Aigner with 2 goals and 1 assist in the first 3 games. If Runjaic would play Andrade from the start I would be so happy
0-0 agains Karlsruhe. Can't blame the boys, it was freaking hot, close to 40°C (or 423°F ) There were some good chances, but all in all a 0-0 was the right result. Degenek was an idiot though (see video above).
Anyone still here? Anyways, after some very sub-par performances. the club today announced the signing of Sebastian Boenisch.
Still subscribed and following the results. Not much to say aside that I still love Olic's tenacity. Boenisch seems to be a decent enough deal, surprising he was a free agent for so long.
I saw the Kickers Würzburg v 1860 München game at the Dallenberg. Your club still seems to suffer from what I call 'the Schalke04 syndrom'. There are a lot of good or at least above average players, but as soon as they arrive at Sechzig they seem to stop going to their physical and mental limits. Perhaps Eichin can finally do something about the club's culture, but it will be an immense task.
So, Costa's gone. Biero to take over for the next few game(s), but as he doesn't have his licence yet he will once again play stopgap.
Looks like at least we will again be watchimg some meaningful matches at the end of this season again.
For next season I'd suggest Ismaik putting some managers and coaches onto the bench so he can sub them out more quickly whenever he wants to...
Bumpity bump. So, 6 months later, and we are (yet again) on a relegation spot nearing the end of the season. Important match today. Who's still around in here?
Ain't gonna happen. Well, we might get relegated, but the club already said that we'll continue to play in the Arrogance Arena next year. Or do you think we'll get relegated into even lower leagues? Really dreading today's game, while there's still every possibility (saving us, relegation playoffs, direct relegation), it's not soley in our hands anymore.
Two more matches in relegation playoff seem like a sure thing atm (just past half time break). Edit: And just as I post that Aigner scores, Bielefeld and Aue fall back and 60 finds itself two places further upward. Edit2: :/
Two more matches it is. Against Jahn Regensburg next Friday and Tuesday thereafter at 6 o'clock local time.
Not gonna lie, with 20 minutes until kick-off, I am beginning to get a bit nervous. Don't screw this up guys!
2nd leg game is about to start. So nervous, I don't even. The nerves.... Hope, all works out and we'll still be a Bundesliga 2 side tomorrow.
