Check the color of his avatar... Or is Roby taking the night off on trolling Scouse and giving you his shift?
You are pushing your luck my friend. If we ever meet that will cost you at least the first couple of rounds. You'll Never Walk Alone!
I am a United fan not sure if that is worth a pint with you. But at least I am huge Ince fan so you can tell me about Ince's time at Liverpool. Let me know if you ever make it to NYC, Buffalo or Toronto depending on where I am at any given time.
Manure...!!! ...and you seemed like a nice guy as well. I loved Paul for his, shall we say, enthusiasm! Good organizer on the pitch but had his "crazy as a loon" moments. I was disappointed he never made it as a manager. I can't see me getting up into the armpit of the east coast any time soon, so I'll miss the pleasure. Hmm beer doesn't mail too well either!!! But if you're ever near the mid Oregon Coast then my treat.
Not only Ince but Rush and Barnes and McManananaman! I was never much of a team fan but loved to watch certain players. Everyone seemed to diss Heskey but I enjoyed his play. My all time favorite is a tossup between Baggio and Bergkamp!
That's my family's neck of the woods... My grandparents lived in Corvallis, my brother just moved there from Eugene. My mom and grandfather went to OU whilst my cousin, aunt, uncle and now niece went to OSU.
Heskey always caught way too much crap from the English and Liverpool supporters. I tried to look up Michael Owens goal scoring rate with Heskey and without but couldn't find it. The Fox Soccer Report showed a stat late in their partnership and it was amazing the stark contrast between Owens success when partnered with Heskey and his scoring droughts without him. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Former Reds captain Steven Gerrard sums it up well here: “Maybe Emile is the sort of player only appreciated by team-mates. If you play with him week in, week out you see first hand all the effort and hard work he does for the team.”
I liked the old Ford Escape. The new one, not so much. That's the only american car I have come close to buying.
Ouch, I drive a 2015 Escape. I love foreign cars too. Here is a funny piece that I tell people about for laughs. http://2164th.blogspot.com/2009/08/cash-for-german-clunkers-meant-clunkers.html?m=1
