See, that's just stupid. Hillary Clinton campaigned against Obama in 2008 with civility. She did so against Bernie Sanders in 2016 with civility. Donald Trump demeaned his primary opponents, then immediately went onto "Crooked Hillary." Eh, why I am even arguing this. It's making me stupid, too.
I never knew he was Jewish. IIRC, he was one of the original backers of DC United, so that may support the "loopy" theory in the eyes of some around here. Because it's dirty campaigning to replay a video clip of the other candidate speaking at a rally.
Neither did I. If he were an economist, it would be a surprise if he were not Jewish. But hedge-fund managers can go either way.
Hillary is the epitome of a career politician. She baked off in 2008 under agreement the Dems would clear the table for her in 2016 and that's what they did. She uses back channels, surrogates and underlings to do her dirty work so she can keep her hands clean. I have heard quite a few Dems on these boards state if the Republicans ran a competent candidate they would have wiped the floor with her. Even Demo doesn't really like her (at least that's what I got out of her posts on another thread). Trump is a clown and his campaign was worse. He was banking on the uncivil discourse in order to promote himself and it almost worked. Why? Because people are sick of politicians like Hillary Clinton. For you to then state emphatically that the horribleness of this presidential election was the fault of just one side shows how f*cking stupid you really are, and how difficult the system will be to break. And is exactly the reason I decided to vote my conscience and go with Johnson.
This literally doesn't make any sense, but whatever works for you, man. Tangentially related: I'd expect a "career politician" to have held elected office for more than 8 years out of 70.
“Trump has built a wall, indeed,” said Fernand Amandi, a pollster who specializes in Latino voters. “And it is a fireWALL for Democrats.” pic.twitter.com/0sNkxRqERP— Fernand R. Amandi (@AmandiOnAir) November 8, 2016
Can anyone tell me if Lady Gaga actually did this? Because if intentional, it's an epic troll. If unintentional, hilari-creepy.
I'll put you down as "unintentional". Does the Norsefire-esque (some would say, perhaps, SpaceNazi-like) garb and pose remind you of any other photos taken this particular campaign season?
Dude, I'm not Hillary Clinton's biggest fan by any means, but the notion that Trumps inciting rhetoric was not the driving factor in this election cycle is willfully ignoring the facts.
It was certainly one of the biggest from the Republican side. What do you see from the Democratic side? Flowers and sunshine? I see deception, "public and private positions", same old, same old backroom deal making. Those things lead to the rise of non-politicians running for office on populist dog whistles. You don't see it that way, I get that. All sunshine coming from the Clinton fans.
