It wasn't done yesterday. When will the Radical Left Congresswomen apologize to our Country, the people of Israel and even to the Office of the President, for the foul language they have used, and the terrible things they have said. So many people are angry at them & their horrible & disgusting actions!— Unfollow Trump (@UnfollowTrump) July 15, 2019
I actually missed some last night. So sad to see the Democrats sticking up for people who speak so badly of our Country and who, in addition, hate Israel with a true and unbridled passion. Whenever confronted, they call their adversaries, including Nancy Pelosi, “RACIST.” Their disgusting language.....— Unfollow Trump (@UnfollowTrump) July 15, 2019 ....and the many terrible things they say about the United States must not be allowed to go unchallenged. If the Democrat Party wants to continue to condone such disgraceful behavior, then we look even more forward to seeing you at the ballot box in 2020!— Unfollow Trump (@UnfollowTrump) July 15, 2019 This is how our military sleeps. You won’t see any Democrats protesting over this: pic.twitter.com/Qqw4h8WyRj— MARK SIMONE (@MarkSimoneNY) July 13, 2019 How empty is your life when you make your wedding about another man https://t.co/G11ZBGudh6— Pasch....it sounds like cash (@Pasch_X) July 14, 2019
If they think it’s worthy of protest, then if Republicans cared about the military, they should have done something about it. But they don’t and they didn’t.
Racist? Oh Yeah. Of course #TrumpIsARacist. Some of us have been saying this for four solid years while a few so-called political “experts” were talking about “economic anxiety.”— Keith Boykin (@keithboykin) July 14, 2019 This: Some time ago I warned that the Trump admin might move from targeting illegal immigrants to green card holders to naturalized American citizens to US born citizens with the “wrong” immigrant parents. His tweet telling members of Congress to “go home” suggests this progression.— Ruth Ben-Ghiat (@ruthbenghiat) July 14, 2019 First, you stoke hatred and fear of minorities. Then you round them up and put them in camps. Next, you send out raiding parties to get those who have been driven into hiding. The armbands come next right?— Stephen King (@StephenKing) July 14, 2019
Wow what a surprise that Lindsay has gone full-on Klan— Anita Creamer (@AnitaCreamer) July 15, 2019 Whatever the kompromat is, it must be B A D .— Kim Brill (@Kim_Brill) July 15, 2019 You're a racist sack of shit, buddy. You're also a weak and spineless coward. You couldn't even look at the people you cages like dogs. Pathetic of excuse of a man. pic.twitter.com/t5lo7govMn— Mike (@Mike_P_Williams) July 15, 2019
Lindsay is 100% focused on the South Carolina primary. I mean, none of this makes any sense, the GOP is now the communist-befriending party, but I doubt that it needs to make sense to be successful in South Carolina. In fact, that would probably be a disadvantage.
Lolz Amazing day with @realDonaldTrump! Together we will shrink government, end wars and spend money at home not abroad! #maga pic.twitter.com/SzE8EXdkvY— Rand Paul (@RandPaul) July 13, 2019
Apparently some people on the internet think the president of the United States isn’t a white nationalist.
About half the population would deny that, I think. There's not much he can say or do to change their minds.
Moreover, that half of the population believes that the real racists are the people pointing out Donald Trump's racism
Yes true. But again, while I've been talking about the importance of choosing the right words for this discussion, I can't see backing off the word "racist" when talking about Donald Trump. He is indisputably so, and I think that needs to be said, even if half the voters aren't happy about that. Edit: Just noted a GOP congressman defending Trump saying that the tweets were "obviously" not racist. I believe that he kinda thinks that. He and other Republicans need to understand that it obviously was, and why it obviously was. This discussion needs to be had.
It is written as though the two of them hold no political power and lacked control over Washington for two years. What I want to know is: how do these people function
He is double (or triple down now) in a press "conference"at the WH. In the meantime, #RacistPresident is trending....I am in a loss of words to use for this racist and moronic sociopath.
"Racism" has been defined so strictly and narrowly so that almost no actual white person can possibly be guilty of it. It's a spectrum, and if you admit that Trump is a racist even though he isn't screaming the N-word at a cross burning, then you admit that it's a pattern of behavior and belief which exists on a spectrum, and that you and/or people close to you are on that same spectrum, even if not that far along.
In the meantime, Mitt being Mitt....(I am willing to bet by tomorrow, he will release a statement carefully worded to express his opposition to Trump comments). .@MittRomney on Trump calling for 4 congresswoman to go back to their countries of origin? “I certainly feel a number of these new members of Congress have views that are not consistent with my experience and not consistent with building a strong America.” More @NBC10Boston 5pm
I wondered how bad it could be and then I began to watch the press conference. FFS. 1150819629578801152 is not a valid tweet id Did they finally stop bringing Hume back to Meet The Press yet? Trump’s “go back” comments were nativist, xenophobic, counterfactul and politically stupid. But they simply do not meet the standard definition of racist, a word so recklessly flung around these days that its actual meaning is being lost.— Brit Hume (@brithume) July 15, 2019
