I enjoyed reading some of that 40% repeating decades' old predictions about California's upcoming financial demise, in response to a FEMA article. In the upcoming fiscal year, California is projected to add $15 billion in surplus to its current $15 billion in "rainy day" monies, per a nonpartisan analysis.
