Roberto de la Rosa has also gotten consistent minutes with Pachuca Sub 20... We should be good with Ían Jairo Torres, de la Rosa, and Daniel López from Xolos. He's also made the jump to the U20's and already scored in the division...
I see Deivoon Magaña made the cut... Nice!. I see we also have 2 CB's who are over 6' foot tall such as Oscar Haret Ortega and Luis Alejandro Olives... That'll be pretty useful when we play the nads... Can't wait for the tournament. It will be very exciting to see such a group of promising and talented young players...
Efraín Álvarez has been scoring consistently for the Galaxy U18's. He's only 14 and has been playing against dudes 4 years older than him... Last year he was playing for the U14's... His case is similar to Santi Gimenéz. They both advanced grade levels due to their skill-set proficiency... I think we should also call him up... He would give us more options in the World Cup and we could also snap him up from the nads... I think Arteaga is just waiting time and the opportunity by not calling them up... I hope they don't turn out like Juan José Calero, who rejected El Tri and chose Colombia. He has stalled ever since... @LAGalaxyAcademy 18s beat Surf 7-1. Efra Alvarez and Johna Estrada each had a brace. Jorge Hernandez, Kevin Diaz and Jose Delgado with 1.— LA Galaxy Academy (@LAGalaxyAcademy) March 11, 2017 @LAGalaxyAcademy 18s beat Real So Cal 2-1. Lainez already bossin, he's got to take his opportunity with America especially at his age and make the biggest impression he can, so in case La Volpe leaves the next coach has already had enough time to see his quality in order to keep him in the first team
Hes already played with the firs team during preseason but injured his arm unfortunately, he was doing good

Salvador Pliego from TSF Academy also made the squad for the Montaigu tournament. He was previously called to a camp during February. People, the best mexican players of this age are: -Josue Dominguez of MTY, the next "Tecatito". -Jose Juan Macias of Chivas, the next "Chicharito". -Diego Lainez of America, the next Blanco. But Arteaga like good mexican D.T is extremely stupid, but those 3 players needs to be starters in the world cup. Erik Palmer Brown and Pulisic are way better than the young talent of mexican academies right now. Way better.
Macías and Misael Domínguez are over the age the limit and therefore they would not be able to participate in the U17 World Cup... Better check your facts right, bud... There's plenty of other talented players besides those three, dude... Let's see... Ían Jairo Torres (He made his first team debut for Atlas last year as a 16 year old) José Robles from Atlas also made his first team debut this year in the Copa MX Francisco Figueroa from Pachuca Roberto de la Rosa also from Pachuca Daniel López (Xolos) Santiago Giménez (Cruz Azul) Marco Antonio Ruiz (Atlas)
First of all, Pulisic didn't develop in mls, and no way would he have developed the way has had he gone to an mls team. Second of all, it's laughable to suggest that EPB is better than any young Mexican talent. You have Montes who has been a starter for one of the best clubs in Mexico since debuting two years. Then you have Alvarez who not only starts for one of the biggest clubs in Mexico, but just got his first Mexico cap. EPB isn't even a starter on his team.
