His set pieces were a bit sub par compared to what we know he can do, but overall I'm sure he is happy with his debut.
I thought he did great. certainly not out of place. he'll be a key part of LFC/England for years I think.
Trent Alexander-Arnold has been included on the 40-man shortlist for the 2018 Golden Boy award. The teenager’s nomination for the prestigious annual accolade - which honours Europe’s best young footballer - comes during a year in which he has established himself as a regular in Liverpool’s first team represented England at the World Cup. Contenders for the prize, which was established in 2003 by Italian newspaper Tuttosport, must be under the age of 21. The winner is decided by 30 journalists from media outlets across the continent. That panel will cut 20 players from the shortlist next month, before the 2018 Golden Boy is chosen from a final group of 20 in December.
He's favourite to win: https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/oct/02/kylian-mbappe-golden-boy-award-favourite-nominees
Of course, it was organised by an Italian company- awarding a Golden Boy sounds like it was sponsored by the Catholic Church!

Trent is close to setting a Prem record .... In his next match Trent Alexander-Arnold will have the chance to move to within one assist of a Premier League record held by Mesut Ozil. The Liverpool right-back crossed for Divock Origi to score in a 4-1 win over Norwich City and in doing so set up a goal for a fifth consecutive Premier League match. He is one of only eight players in history to provide an assist in five matches in a row. And of that exclusive group, he is the only out-and-out defender. https://www.premierleague.com/news/1310396
