Travel/Tickets: USA versus Antigua/Barbuda on some island 10/12/2012

They did a campaign ad spoof where a guy was interviewed saying Mitt Romney and Bain capital kept buying all the companies he worked for and laying him off.

 

Sounds good. We may be there. We are staying all the way on the eastern coast by the Pineapple resort, so we'll see. Was kinda hoping for a real, sit in the parking lot, grill food and drink beer type tailgate, but I guess we'll take what we can get.

any of the young people on here can party at rush nightclub. nice spot. very big on fridays

 

regular club dress, nothing spectacular. shouldnt be more than $20 ecd...about $8 usd...drinks should be about $6 usd

 

Made it to Antigua, beautiful. We picked up tickets from the ABFA office yesterday. The beehive looks to be in heritage quay, which is a shopping area we were at yesterday, though didn't see it when we were there.

Have driven by the stadium as well which looks pretty nice.

I'd post pictures but that doesn't seem to be a option. Maybe I'll put some on dropbox or something.

 

abfa office is next to heritage quay. antigua is missing a few starters once again. Game looks likely to be sold out.

Me and 3 others are staying at the Verandah, which looks to be on the other side of the island from the pregame bar. Not sure if we'll make it to the pregame but its def a possibility. I'll be the idiot in the cat in the hat suit, so come say hi if you see me. Also be careful to ask about ATMs so you know how much money to bring, apparent the nearest ATM is 20 minutes away from our resort, and only accepts Visa...

We are right up the road from you. There is a bar at the beach at Long Bay. If you want to meet there before the game, we'd be good with that. There is another couple we meet that may be there as well.

Yeah google maps seems to have some trouble in Antigua, but they got this one spot on.
