Honestly, never thought he'd make it to Serie A or a club like Udinese years ago when I first watched him.

Crystal Palace are keeping tabs on AEK Athens defender Ognjen Vranjes. The Bosnian international has a £4.5m release clause. [Mirror]#CPFC pic.twitter.com/TbKgGtZj6d— CPFC HQ (@CPFCHQ) August 21, 2017
Would be crazy to see Vranjes in the Premier League, not long ago he couldn't get a contract from a relegation candidate team in the Czech Republic.
It's probably got alot to do with how his agent negotiates A 4.5m release clause with Athens is coincidence, that's big money for an "unproven" player Hope he does transfer tho so his talent isn't wasted.
Everyone always complains when players stay and don't play at clubs because they're collecting a paycheck. Vranješ always leaves clubs when he doesn't play and has been literally everywhere. He found a good spot in Spain and now a good spot in Greece that should pay off. A physical player like him should do well in England if the move happens. Agree with had Hadzija, he must have a shrewd agent.
One could argue his agent cost him 2 years of his youth with his shrewdness. But if he goes to England - that's impressive.
