Someone mentioned due to legal restrictions she has to stay in Italy with the kids. I dont know about that though.
Is this really gonna happen? I thought his next club would have been Juve, a top PL team or one of the big Spanish teams. I get he has bagage, but he is a world class talent.
Come on Jim, give the green light. I'm sure well make a ton of money just based off his Jersey sales. I wanna see 10,000 people at fiumicino
Yup. Also, I think people forget that for the most part these are still just "kids" (depending on your age I assume). Many guys really do a lot of growing up around the age of 25 so it's entirely possible Icardi is growing up and putting a lot of that behind him. Given his world class talent, I think it's worth the risk.
Not sure, it could be a different name that isn’t talked about. Lovren is unfortunately one of the options considered.
You know I'm a fan of Spalletti but we all know his big downfall is player management. LS can be a major PITA and Icardi isn't the first player under Spalletti to have "issues"
We really should take a look at Boateng. He's only 31 and right now he's probably the 4th option at Bayern so he probably won't cost too much.
Stefan Savic and Nacho are both entering the last year of their contracts and might be leaving their clubs. Also I wouldn’t be surprised if Nkoulou ends up at Roma. Torino have way too many CBs and Cairo could lower his demands. He’s better than Rugani and Lovren.
What i am happy to see, is that it seems the higuain rumours have died down. He's not even considered our plan B. I like not helping out Juve. We have done that enough in the past, and probably will again in the future.
If Icardi comes, it's obviously with a lot of baggage (half of which is just composed of Wanda). I am prepared for Wanda going on Rome's radio stations bashing the club, getting into public feuds with Pallotta, and dressing up as Zorro to troll Fonseca. The other thing I'm also worried about is that Icardi is a guy who needs service. He's not a great hold-up player the way Dzeko is, but he can create more on his own than Dzeko can. I'm not sure if Under and Kluivert are up to the task of constantly feeding a ball to a needy Icardi. My hope is that Perrotti forms a bond with him early on and can guide him, assuming Icardi comes at all. But Rome is going to be nuts if he does, for like 2 years and maybe even after he leaves.
