Landin to Dynamo? Just saw a blip on local sports (noticero univision). They say that Dynamo is in talks to get Luis Landin. They lost Dwayne Derosario and Nate Jaqua (more of a tronco than Landin) so they're looking for reinforcements. I say it would be a good move for both the Dynamo and Landin.

Re: Landin to Dynamo? Was it that bad? Wasn't he only there a year or two? I don't know the details. The reason I think it might be good for Landin is that he really has not had that much success in the MFL. Maybe he can turn it around in the MLS.

honestly i think landin has ruined himself, it can't get any worse for him, a move to dynamo might be a good one.
This transfer rumors thread is sad and needs to be closed. Its pretty lame when the only player with a good chance of moving out of Mexico is Landin, and to the MLS at that.
The January transfer window is usually pretty slow for Mexicans going abroad, the summer is where it's at.

I was thinking the exact same thing as Banner or Hulk, especially because I was hoping to hear something about Nery since he's going to have to still be in the Manchester City reserves and he'd really help la seleccion if he'd start to get some playing time.
I like Celtic I think it would be very good for Nery to play for a club with one of the biggest most passionate fanbases in Britain. As long as is Celtic and not rangers or some other smaller team in Scotland, I think its great.

You are correct. Even more so, there is no way he sees the pitch at Shitkar. Any team that can figure out a way to get him on loan/transfer would be good. The guy needs to play.
i posted the link earlier regarding Castillo as it appeared in the Evening Times which is the biggest local paper in Glasgow. however, i just can't see him arriving at Celtic Park. in saying that, there is a rumour floating around that we have talked extensively to a big name player, either a midfielder or a forward and he may arrive on January 1st. a lot of people had it down as Appiah and there was talk of him being shown round the Lennoxtown training complex, but maybe it was Castillo. as ever with these things, time will tell.
I would just hope for the sakes that is in fact Castillo. Celtic has a class act fan base and team . Castillo would benefit from it and could turn around his career, if he for once matures as a person.
