Don't know how much I'd like this. Cardona's biggest problem in Boca (besides himself) has been their strict playing style, he's too stuck to the wing, too literal freedom to drift into space.

Meanwhile, Roa's thriving in Huracan because they're midfielders have more liberty. A lot of people are leaving Boca this winter, meaning there's going to be a lot of change in tactics. However, with things as they are, I'd only support Roa to Boca if the idea is to convert him into a CM

Quintero could be our version of Andrea Pirlo.

Lineups have to center around him rather than the other way around. Pirlo really hit his stride after he turned 25 and I have a feeling that Quintero could be on that same path only gets better with age.

Really just depends on where his head is at and how a team invests/uses/builds around him

Guillermo is leaving according to many reporters in Argentina. They've been saying this for several months.

board aren't happy with how the team plays despite having the kind of players they have.

agree. No one in Argentina seems to really understand that Cardona is a playmaker not a winger. Yet Boca stuck him on the wing the whole time as if he were Pavon. Makes no sense, needless to say it limits his influence.

lately Boca have been playing with 2 destructors (Nandez/Barrios) and Pablo Perez who is a vertical midfielder

He needs to play central going forward, he's effective on the wing if he can drift in and get space between the lines but he's never been a true wide player really. When he played for Colombia as a CM when he first got called up I thought he was great there, would be nice to see him transition into that position.

could happen I think, i'd rather he stay still at a team for more than a season but I think he would be great at Juventus and he would be appreciated over there. He'd be reunited with Ronny and Cuadrado too.

Hard to argue with any of that.

Although, the down side is that he would not be able to play in the Champions League since he played for Bayern already.

Not a huge fan of Winter transfers, especially not to a team of that size.

The other positive would be that he'd likely be used in central midfield rather than the wings, which I prefer for him as he gets older.

That said, I don't mind him at Bayern at all even with the recent drama.

James will always be a legend in Colombia's futboling history but I would love for him to settle down his expectations for club and work hard with what he has today. He's at his prime. But with the exception of his years in France and Argentina he's only played for the top club in that given country. That's a reward for his talent but those teams also carry great talent, hence more competition.

I would not say Barrios is a Crack but he is a solid defensive midfielder and that type of player helps teams win Championships.

I know most people hate that rumor but I like it.
If he ends up developing a career like Calero that would not be a bad thing.

Wouldn’t be the worst. Likely hood of him in Europe is slim. Tho didn’t Boca want him? Prefer he goes to Nacional or Junior then Mexico. But Pachuca has been good place for our players.

I rarely put Defensive midfielders into the crack category personally.
    But their position is important.
