I hope you guys are right and he has matured. It's often easy to forget that these players are young, and like all of us, they make mistakes (from football's point of view, doing things young people do shouldn't be regarded as mistakes - specially if you learn from them).

I just hope he makes the right moves this time as I really like the dude. I really think that he is a futbol genius. Even more so than James. They have a lot in common but James is a balanced version of Quintero. JFQ lacks the discipline (no doubt his history plays a big part in this) but is perhaps even more creative than James. If he goes to Europe and fails again then so be it.

And it's true, Quintero really symbolises Colombia in both good and bad. He is like the football version of 100 años de soledad, crazy but genius.

I don't think anyone is asking you to justify his behavior in his past.
Bringing up other strories about what people have overcome is nice but we are trying to keep it focused upon JuaFer. Hopefully he continues to show maturity and responsibility.

    Back to Transfer news...
...rumors are swirling that Jackson Martinez may end up at Millos.

Likely we won't see anything until after our better players finish their vacation and the world cup is over.

This isn't even official. Benedetti hasn't gone to the MLS yet. And Cali hasn't received a decent offer for him besides the one from MLS. So what can they do?

Rumors are that Kante might be sold but also that Jorginho is going to Chelsea, if that's the case I wouldn't want Barrios to go there, Jorginho is a great player and Sarri loves him, don't think they can both play in the system that Sarri used at Napoli, at Spurs I think he'd start as the 6 for sure.

We do nit have good memories from Chelsea (Falcao, Cuadrado) maybe with Barrios it'll be different. I do think that he can succeed there but I also prefer Tottenham more.
