My more advanced all-arounder popped to superb bowling this week. I'm not sure, offhand, how soon to expect the pop to superb batting.

At some point, I need to scrounge up a fielding net to help get his secondaries up to reasonable levels so that he's really useful to me in games. Right now, he can't stick in batting and I'm afraid of the run totals he'll give up on a bad day.

Chanderpaul's a nice player. Very similar to Sarge -- less concentration, more fielding, but exactly the same attitude.

Greg Morrell popped to superb batting, to go along with superb bowling. I've dropped his extra batting net (he was getting 2 and 1) and given him a fielding net to try to bring up his secondary skills. Judging by recent action on the transfer market, he's probably worth at least four million pds right now, although I'm not sure how the lack of secondaries squares.

5 weeks for that pop, so i'm hoping he'll be superb by the time he is 19. not that good, but whatever, i'll take it. 2 nets as well

If he's a U-19 candidate, I'd think you'd want to talk with the U-19 coach. If not, I don't know that anyone has a good handle on the impact of WK skill, and in any event some of it comes down to how much WK skill you feel you need.

he ain't a U-19 candidate, so i think i'm going to drop the other wk net and just give him one, he'll pop two times while he is 19, if the training times I've seen are correct, so that gives him remarkable keeping. i'll try to get his batting up to snuff, so he'll be a batsmen that can tend the wicket if needed :)

I should add that my own direct experience with two different WKs is that the better WK is notably better in stumpings. They're pretty similar in catches. I haven't looked at bye totals.
