very physical start Everton seem more into the match than Spurs do. they are a bit quicker to 50/50's and going in harder Vert and Toby have been superb, keeping Everton from having any real chances
that goal has really energized Spurs. its been all Spurs since still lots of holding and fouling by Everton
We've been terrific so far, only thing missing is the 2nd to put the game to bed. Each of the 3 centre backs have put in a superb last man tackle, Alderweireld and Vertonghen even came away with the ball at their feet. The balance and quality in those 3 is quite something.

Dier doesn't pick up his man, AGAIN. He is ok in a back 3 because Toby can hold his hand, but he has been generally quite poor this season. Difference between this season and last - that game would have been a draw last season.
