"Left Foot Goals." Oh dear. Well, it's on the road, where we play better. I'll say a 2-0 loss, with Hamid keeping the scoreline close and DC creating a couple of good chances, but never feeling like they're really "in it."
Team Canada in this instance is a team that promotes its brand, pays for top notch players and is investing in trying to win the league. It literally sounds a full country away from where we are. Now, because its MLS and because we nearly lost to Moe's Tavern midweek its likely that we'll win, if only to keep us from getting a new coach and from guilting the owners into buying us a couple of good players in the summer window. By all rights, we shouldn't be in the same league as TFC right now. Sucks to say it, but we're that bad.
BTW, "left foot goals"? Seriously? I suppose we also lead in "goals scored by a DC player" though I know own goal sometimes shines in key moments. Who does the stats, the same guys that are trying to explain how Trump's tweets are coherent and "presidential"?
I actually applauded the MLSE intern who went the extra mile to somehow find a way to not make this club look completely inferior to the leaf lovers.
If they can score 4 against Christos imagine them unleashing a whole new version of Hell on a hapless opponent like the MLS E Leader, eh?
Doesn't matter. The next day the mls disciplinary committee will fine and suspend half our team to even the Stevens.
This would be the equivalent of throwing shit against the wall and seeing what sticks. We ain't got no strikers. james
So Kamara must be hurt again. There is no reason he couldn't play for Richmond, wasn't on the bench for Christos and a no go today. We'll see, though, Goff's guesses are pretty poor.
The official line up does have Neagle up top. Goff usually just takes whatever the last game's line up was and only subs in others due to suspension, injury or returning starters who are obvious.
