He has an open tab with DCU... he scores everytime he plays us... I hope he'll be back in the Italian NT in September, with the new coach Ventura.

    Exactly!

I F*CK*NG HATE what is happening (and what has happened for the last decade), but I look forward to better times. Hey, I could be wrong, but a man can dream!

I really thought Johnson would provide a better call. He knows better. I guess the FO is getting there way with presenting shit and saying it's golden. Boy do I miss United Mania.......

It's more like a jackoff team.

We play well at home - (well, most of the time) - And we play OK against other also-rans on the road -

But there's a huge gap between us and the best

We have 4 home defeats in 9 or 10 home games.

Doesn't that usually result in a happy ending?

I'm not getting that after these matches.

The team has 22 points in July, 1.1 points per game average when in the last few years you needed 1.44 points per game for the last place spot in the playoffs. The conference leaders have a whopping 1.5 ppg which would barely let them into the playoffs last year. That's the context we're sucking in. There is a huge gap between DC United and many more teams than the best ones.

lol...you're gonna ban people for having a different outlook than you and being vocal about it? Get a life. It's not an issue with negativity, it's an issue with shoehorned negativity in threads/topics completely irrelevant to it

I see it as a mercy banning.

There's a club if you'd like to go
you could meet somebody who really loves you
so you go, and you stand on your own
and you leave on your own
and you go home, and you cry
    and you want to die

When you say it's gonna happen "now"
well, when exactly do you mean?
see I've already waited too long
and all my hope is gone

    You shut your mouth
    how can you say
I go about things the wrong way
I am human and I need to be loved
    just like everybody else does

See - this is the issue. Back in the old days the Mods were feared for their jackbooted ways. Now even though I was actually pissed/joking and needed to vent no one seems worried. Oh, @Knave how I have tarnished your legacy.

Well now I feel bad for disparaging your lifestyle choices by assuming you were trying to abuse your internet forum moderator power.

What other reason is there to be a mod?

The object of power is power.
