I'm trying to figure out who scored most goals in final games ever. I count only players with 10+ goals. I think you could have quite a big list. Henrik Larsson has scored 11 goals for Celtic in major finals 2x UEFA Cup Final 4x Scottish Cup Finas 5x Scottish League Cup Finals I'm unsure as to whether he scored in any finals whilst he was playing for Feyenoord.
No, he did not and neither anywhere else, I just checked it. Added, thanks I don't think the list will be very long, I went through many famous striker's stats and many of them simply couldn't deliver in decisive moments. For example, an awesome player like Thierry Henry only scored 1 goal in 16 finals (15 one legged and 1 two legged).

Good thread. Just one thing that came to my mind is that Platini's penalty in normal time in the 1985 Intercontinental Cup would add one to his tally. He should possibly have had another but had a great goal disallowed.
Yes, that's a mistake. He scored 15 goals as stated but I only wrote 14 of them into the brackets. It's actually the same as with Müller - I counted it but did not include into the brackets
Correction, Pelé actually scored amazin 31 goals in final games: 31 Pelé (3 Copa Libertadores, 7 Intercontinental Cup, 16 Taca Brasil, 2 Torneio Rio-Sao Paulo, 3 FIFA World Cup) I also found amazing stats for one of his teammates from Santos: 22 Coutinho (5 Copa Libertadores, 2 Intercontinental Cup, 10 Taca Brasil, 5 Torneio Rio-Sao Paulo)
I counted 16 goals for Pelé in Taca Brasil finals since 1959 onwards. Also, you missed his sidekick Coutinho. He has 10 goals in Taca Brasil finals plus 5 in Copa Libertadores finals and 2 in Intercontinental Cups. Total of 17 goals for Coutinho. Good enough for third place in your list. The other great scorer in that Santos, Pepe, has 6 goals in Taca Brasil finals and 3 in Intercontinental Cups. Total of 9.
haha we can list all "final" goals for them ... but agree ... ONE had to make the WEIGHT of each final and count points in a system to be fair. For example of CRITERIA: * WC x2, Euro/UCL x1.75, Copa/Libertadore x1.5, Intercontinental/world Club x1.25 and all others x1 ** if 2 players tied in Points, GPG and then scoring games win
It depends on one's definition of a final. I think that final is every game (or more games) which's winner receives a trophy.
