Pull back is a move to get more time when high pressured. you don't beat defenders with a pull back.

Again a double scissor also called a full scissor is a move to freeze a defender. A move to beat a defender is a half scissor.

Side to side front rolls are amazing. Do a bobble, then push the ball forward with the instep, then do a front roll with the other foot!

I cannot believe a coach would not include inside and outside cuts and change of speed on such a list. The fastest way to beat a defender is to pass, not dribble. If you are going to dribble, then multiple-touch complicated moves take more time than simple moves and slow down the attack. Generally, the more touches you take to do something the slower you play. So a 1-touch move is the fastest move.

He calls it a pullback, but I think he's talking about the puskas. Dribbling forward, slight pull back into you then cut away with outside of opposite foot. I've used that a lot to beat people.
