I know Central American nations like El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Honduras really hate the Mexican National Team when they come to town but I don't know if there's really mutual hate there. I pretty sure it's just a one way street

US versus Costa Rica really isn't a rivalry from the US side. It's Mexico..................and then everybody else is way out in the distance. If you asked most Americans to point to Costa Rica on the map they'd probably start looking in the Caribbean first!!!!!!!!!!!
