Cahill Scored vs Manure with a great header whilst under pressure from a defenders challenge to level the scores at 1-1 at half time. Absolutely love him...hes an aussie playing well in a top league and he is taking points away from the scum :D

Thanks, but wouldn't you be more happy if United took points off of us? :p

2-1 United at full time :(

No...i HATE Manure much more than you guys. Manure are pricks and cheaters and they all think that they are the BEST in the world, when they are not. They always brag about their attacking play yet they come to Anfield and sit 10 men behind the ball. Ronaldo is worst of that bunch with Ferdinand and Neville just behind him. I cannot admire a player who blatantly cheats yet gets away with it...id love for Liverpool to sign a player just to go on the field and belt Ronaldo. If another player broke Ronaldo's leg i would rejoice and be happy. I should stop now, as it might take a while to get everything out

Everton deserved a draw last night IMO, they defended brilliantly. What a dumb move by Pienaar to give away the penalty near the end of the match though. He looks like a bit of a liability at times to me. Oh well, well done Timmy Cahill! Loved his celebration when he tip-toed over to the corner flag. :)

Pienaar has been brilliant for us, just one mistake for us, but to be honest, he's won us far more games than he's lost for us

He cant stop...if you include last season aswell as this season...when he has been fit he just has to score, its almost as if they try and get him on the scoresheet. He just finds ways to score

I think he actually got a touch on the first goal last night as well. It was given to Neville though.

Got sent off on Saturday. Joke of a decision, hope it gets overturned but I doubt it. :(

The red card wasnt for the tackle...he got himself sent off by walking away and turning his back to the ref.

Last season Ashley Cole did the same thing to Mike Riley (same ref) and he only received a yellow. That incident started the whole respect campaign and Riley was always going to give him red for walking away.

So why is he getting a 3 match ban then? That isn't the standard penalty for a red card is it?

    Exactly!

A three match ban for "walking away". Pathetic.

A 3 match ban is what is given to any player who receives a straight red card.

Honestly, Riley shouldve given Cahill two seperate yellow cards. One for the tackle and one for dissent. He wouldve been sent off and only missed one game.

That's just ridiculous. So he didn't get any card at all for the tackle, but gets a straight red for walking away?

Seeing as though he's got a 3 match ban, i wonder whether he'll be allowed to fly out early for the WCQ match in Brisbane on the 15th?

That would be nice, go home, see the fam, train with the squad help with the Joeys, put in a few personal apperances, and get some good publicity all while on a mini holiday. Not a bad idea :D
