Los Blancos have reached an agreement with the London club for a fee of around 80 million euros in exchange for Morata's services.

 

I don't know anything "for certain" but it's a pretty safe assumption. We overpaid for Danilo in part because he could play both sides (and that's probably part of why Pep wants him). I really don't see how "5 players for 3 spots is iffy but if we promote Achraf we'll be ok" is some sort of controversial proposition; I'm making an observation and wondering what the club's going to do, not complaining. I'm 95% on board with selling Danilo to fund the hype train.

Still angry Benz was chosen to stay, not Morata. terrible. However, IMo we all hope it means Mbappe will come as soon as possible, not last day of August.

 

Personaly I wouldn't want , considering the players we would have in defence, my first choice replacement at CB to also be my first choice replacement at RB ,especially considering the amount of competitions this team has to play in, that could be quite tricky, as for Theo I have no idea, at this point I still don't know what his defensive skills are like, in all this though I am not sorry to see Danilo go, but maybe another replacement at RB?

 

Watching monaco mbappe on the bench waiting to see if he does come on if not then something is up.

Basically just saying ZZ tried all he could to convince Morata after the failed utd transfer. JLS said the same thing.

Why try so hard if we're trying to get Mbappe?? Unless....

 

Hopefully because the plan was to leave him on the vine a little longer until he was really ripe. Morata moving on may force us to pick him now. I'm torn as I'm all for young players getting regular minutes, but like with Asensio, I think there will be minutes to had as well as experience to be gained by training with the best players in the world.

We're selling because he wanted to go even after Zidane tried to convince him to stay. I know you're on the Mbappe hype train so you see things one way lol. I just can't help but see things the other not so good, worrying way at this point.

Complete trust in ZZ and Florentino. We know they are fans of squad depth and we know they are Mbappe fans judging from Tito's comments at the beginning of the transfer window.

@YOUNGSTARS87 sums it up really good. All teams have gone away each time they have asked about Mbappe and Monaco are selling this summer. Something smells fishy over there.
