Not really. A flop is someone who was expected to do well.

The manager sure expected him to (for his job's sake).

Yep. Chupo-Moting is a Tuchel protege who has impressed nobody and made a number of significant howlers: he'll be a stick to beat Tuchel with in the off-season. Keep Tim and the other young strikers around and Tuchel would be able to point to bringing young players through as a silver lining.

As it is, the guy who was brought in because Unai Emery wasn't good enough despite winning seven out of eight domestic trophies over two seasons has won only one trophy and gone out in the CL last 16 again. Meanwhile, a rudderless Arsenal have made real progress under Emery.

    He's under real pressure.

They're like ManCity when they just got all that money: building unbalanced teams, with the motivation of guys working in cubicles.

Celtic needs only one point in the next three games to be the Champion yet again.

Subbed out in the 73’. No idea how he did.

Celtic won 2-0. Don't think "Timmo" was materially involved in either, but I didn't watch.

(actually, Celtic up 2-0 when Weah subbed out. Looks like the got a 3rd?)

Celtic win 3-0 and clench the title. So far, I haven’t seen reference to Tim in the write ups.

Hoping for a better loan next season. Although it could have been worse like Miazga’s at Nantes.

A mid-Ligue 1 side, or a Belgium top side would be best in my opinion. Slightly less competition than Celtic for a spot, but better competition to play against.

With the way he played in his few appearances at PSG I’m just surprised he didn’t continue tearing it up like he did for a few games.

    I'd want a Belgian side.

does he qualify for a league title with PSG?

Cancelled my Celtic TV subscription last month, so I've got nothing for ya. Just not worth it. Hope he played well.

If Choupo-Moting can get 20 games at PSG and be trash, Weah deserves to have a shot at the PSG 1st Team also...

I watched. Weah was good in possession and circulating the ball when he dropped deeper. Had a few loose touches, one led to him committing a foul for a yellow card. No influence at all attacking-wise. Had one nice run but then dribbled out of bounds. Okay performance, nothing great.

They don’t really have an attack anymore. It’s just some attacks that end in goal kicks. There’s no focus on systematic interplay and possession. Basically, they play terrible soccer now, so the only chance for Tim or anyone else is to be the guy who gets in behind.
