I got two separate emails today saying I've been refunded the 15 Euro delivery fee from UEFA. As far as I can remember I'm only due two refunds for separate transactions, so I'm good. This was unsolicited, meaning I had not contacted UEFA yet asking for the excess charges to be refunded, so if you're due a refund check your emails.
