I saw some locals offering CAT4 tickets for the final to Germans. What are these cat4 tickets anyways? I'm confused.
There is a system of quotas reigning in Brazil nowadays. Launched by the present governmental body, they forced by laws the obligation to reserve part of university seats, culture events and now WC tickets to the members of subsidized programa "Bolsa Familia" (poor families), indians and other minor group you can imagine. The price of these tickets is about 1/6 of cat 1 tickets and the seats are on third level, behind the goal almost touching the stadium coverage. Of course there are foreigns using these tickets, much more than brazilians as fifa do not check IDs.

At 5.13am Rio time it said there was 76 Cat 2 and 24 Cat 3. I repeatedly tried to add 2 of or 1 of to my cart with no luck. Then by 30-40mins later it occasionally went off saying there was 12 and 8. Still couldn't get it to cart when entering the security code. I've lost sleep so many nights doing the exact same thing repeatedly. I seem to always be awake 5am to 6am. No luck!
Don't feel too bad it's on at 5am here In Oz to watch the game on TV no option of even a Bar atmosphere to enjoy it........See you in Russia
Guys, I'm just got 2 tickets (20 minutes ago), keep trying with lucky catch, ignore the error (as the other user said), lucky catch will give you a red and you will be able select how many seats. I'm at GRU so now I have tickets on hand (cat2). This is the first time I'm able to grab tickets with the scanner, thank you scorpyn78 Good luck to all, keep trying I did it for many hours!!!
