That was a peach of a goal. Perfect ball into him, neck whipped properly, ball flew into the net. As you said, textbook. And I do have to say, Hazard is back to his best at the moment - was outstanding today. As was Kante - ran and ran and ran while showing skill and passing range. Impressive performances from both of them today.
Liverpool claim another manager's scalp. Bilic gone. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...m-sack-Slaven-Bilic-club-relegation-zone.html
The referee for Blackpool's match v Portsmouth was changed to a "top" Premier League one. Nothing to do with his name, Ben Toner, and the hilarious coincidence the Oystons have been done in the courts.
I have no clue what you're on about ..... what's the problem with his name, and what's so funny about the Oyston situation ????
Don't worry, Sam. It took me half a day to figure that one out, too. Of course, this guy being pulled, has nought to do with Oystons running an illegal stripping club. Or having been found guilty of reneging on a deal with a former co-owner. That's according to the Football League.
right now the Arse (not a reference to the prior post, btw ) are beating Spurs 2-10 at HT, and beating them handily, although the first goal came from an atrocious free kick decision by the ref. Kane and Alli totally anonymous in the game. hopefully spurs get a point - I don't want either of them to win today. an Arse win puts them above us by 3 points, a Spurs win moves them 7 points away from us.
Well, as I said in the Southampton match thread, Liverpool is only point behind this epitome of awesomeness known as Spurs.
Bentekeeeee had a chance to put the bitters away 1 on 1 with the goalie more or less...so you know what happened. God I'm so glad we sold him.
I kind of like that most outlets focused on Pogbart coming back today to help beat a terrible team (yes I know we drew them - at their place) - and ignored us and Salah. I truly think we are about to come into form - let them talk about overhyped and overpriced players all day long.
I like that, too. I much prefer when we are quietly going about our own business rather than being overly scrutinised, whether we are doing well or badly. I recall only a few weeks ago, after Spurs dismantled us, Klopp was under pressure. Even more when Spurs went on to dispatch Real Madrid, it became the team to be (in Europe, never mind England). And now look! By the way, the same thing applied to Arsenal when we demolished it at Anfield yet it's there or thereabouts despite the negativity swirling about Ash Burton Grove.
I'm still laughing about the tactical "genius" of Mourinho because he played for a draw against us as always.
Mourinho will never be any kind of genius until he manages to win with a team where he can't spend hundreds of millions to assemble a team of some of the best players in the world. apart from that, he's also a despicable piece of shit.
Will Hughes scored for Watford vs West Ham today. He must be the whitest person in the world. Looks like a whitewalker from GoT.
West Brom sack Pulis. thank god. the most boring manager in football. Big Sam will take over is my guess.
Citeh rolled on this weekend - De Bruyne is probably top 3 in the world on the form charts at the moment. The boy is special. However, Kompany should have seen red 3 minutes into the match. Poor decision by the referee there.
