And with Kane as well, but not as elaborate.

I have no idea how they can judge Mings' intent in 'stamping' on Zlatan. I can make an equally convincing argument for/against after watching the video. How they can charge in such a situation is ludicrous.
Zlatan, on the other hand, is clearly targeting Mings.

What are the odds on Arsenal getting a morale boosting, come from behind, 3-2 victory over Bayern this week?

I can see why Rodgers didn't rate Carroll. He's about a yard behind the play pretty much all the time.

Great goal by Hazard gives the chavs a 1-0 lead. Before that Noble had the chance to cross into the box loaded with West Ham's heavy artillery but fluffed his lines. Poor.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has accepted his Football Association charge for violent conduct and will miss Manchester United’s next three domestic games.

The 35-year-old will be suspended for Monday’s FA Cup quarter-final at Chelsea and the Premier League fixtures with Middlesbrough and West Bromwich Albion.

.... shame it's not 3 league games. the next one is Everton.

With just about eleven games to go in the PL...the race for the top four is a heated as ever, with potentially six teams (if you count Everton) with a legitimate shot to fill the final three spots (assuming that Chel$ki will continue to hold on to their 10-point lead)
Not that it seems to really matter (at least for us), but every top six team plays at least two games against top seven competition - so there are plenty of chances to lose (or gain) vital points:
    Chel$ki v City, @ MUtd, @ Everton
    Spurs v Arsenal, v MUtd
    City v MUtd, v Liverpool, @ Arsenal, @ Chelski
    Liverpool @ City, v Everton
    Arsenal v City, @ Spurs, v MUtd
    MUtd @ City, @ Chel$ki, @ Arsenal, @ Spurs

I think we can just give Chelsea the title now. I think Everton have too much ground to catch up and rely way too much on one player Lukaku.

For me City and Spurs will take second and third place place (I don't know/care who gets which one).

So that leaves (IMO) 3 teams fighting for the last CL spot:
    - Manure's list is by far the hardest - 4 in total, 3 games away from home. They are good at times but inconsistent
    - Arse are crap vs top opposition (unless they all grow a pair of balls in the next few weeks) so will deffo drop games
    - Given our form this year we can beat City and Everton so it's the same story: how will we do vs the rest of the league?

Agreed, Sam regarding Chel$ki and Everton...and us vs the rest of the league...that is the question...

I still think City might be vulnerable...they have a tough run-in with games against us, Arsenal and Chel$ki - back-to-back-to-back...and a make-up game vs MUtd...but once they get through that run of games, the end of their schedule should not trouble them...

Still a lot to play for, and certainly not worth throwing in the towel yet...

holy hell - 10-2 aggregate. That's one of the most embarrassing score lines I've ever seen.

sanchez on the bench - he was subbed off - looked very much like he was smirking when Bayern's 5th goal went in.

So is this their wake up call where they cauterize against this humiliation? Or does it just lead to further crap results?

I'm surprised arsenal did not put out a youth team. That way they could re-focus on the league. This time I was over before this game was played.

This is the end of the end for Wenger at Arsenal......whether he gets his 'get out of jail ' CL qualification for 2017/2018 remains uncertain

Problem with having the manager in such a influential position at a club, he's part of the furniture at the Emirates and even his name is nearly Arsenal

my guess is that at the end of the season they'll let him quit with dignity and leave, or promote him to some kind of backroom/board position. either way, new manager for Arse next year. they might go for Koeman.

It's hard to replace someone so ingrained at the club and his 'success' at keeping the club in the CL positions year in year out ...on the -ve side, Arsenal have been close to winning things but it wasn't for Arsene, his reluctance to sign players and his tactics
