The Thorns play the Reign four times, which seems a bit odd from the balancing the schedule aspect, but perfect sense from the cost savings aspect. Other teams they play 3 games on an unbalanced home-away schedule. Western NY and Washington Spirit are only on the schedule twice.

Here are the games the Thorns will play at home and at Starfire in Seattle, for you local/season ticket folks.

And from JULY 28 to Aug 10 they play every three days. (5 games in a row, with travel the last two)

    That part looks brutal !!!

I think you miscounted - they play the Red Stars and FCK City four times each, too. It's a soft East/West split for the games.

    Ah, yes.

But they play unbalanced three game schedules with the sky blue ( twice at home) and Boston ( twice away)

When will individual tickets go on sale?

Probably soon. The Thorns announced at the preseason match with UP that season tickets are

    " almost sold out."

By the way, not every other team is selling individual game tickets yet. I just got word from Dan Ferguson, Seattle Reign's Director of Ticketing, that their individual tickets go on sale at 10am on April 8th. (I'm planning to attend the Reign v. FCKC game on May 3rd.)

A pre-sale for season ticket holders starts on Wednesday. I would expect that they will go on sale to the general public no later than Friday, but specific dates for that were not mentioned in the e-mail I got.

Too bad, I am actually going to be in NJ that week catching a Sky Blue match. I'll give the tickets To someone else.

Anybody have a Result for the Thorns closed door match on Thursday?

I'm hearing rumors of a scrimmage against UPNorth and teammates, location unknown, on March 29.

The Thorns, per Paulson tweet, have a game against a national team in the works. Presumably, it's a pre-season game.

Can you presume that, though? Even time a foreign national team has played an NWSL club team thus far, it's been midseason IIRC.

    Nope, the tweet says pre-season.

Ah! Well, if the tweet explicitly said it was preseason, why'd you have to presume anything? X-D

Great question! I didn't pay attention to the details before my initial post.
