Locked threads, combined threads with titles too vague to actually relate to the content there-in, posters who think it's all about them - this forum officially sucks. No wonder no one interesting posts here anymore. Love, mateo319
The problem is partly one of decadence, partly lack of authenticity. Nobody around here even thinks of listening to My Morning Jacket or Lana Del Rey anymore.
IMHO, they're not up high enough in those trees. I think they should be working more with a left-right-left climbing pattern to really press up as high as possible.
Still, it's better than the Chicago forum, which is just a bunch of complaining and dumping on Logan Pause.
Speaking of which, BigSoccer is duking it out with Facebook pages in regards to number of posts made about this and that. I'd venture to say that Facebook pages of the league and the team are more prone to daily reactions of news as it comes in.
I am excited to see which three or four of us breaks off this year and starts another independently writen, edited, and media-credentialed Crew-news outlet. If my sources are correct, the website www.massivecrewonereport111.com is still available.
I had been wondering if message boards were hurting due to other sources of social sites that are not topic specific... Who the hell has time for that? Well someone might make time for one of those nancy boy press passes. Also - since we have consensus that this place blows these days.. bring back the threads of old! Find the greats and start emulating people.
Remember when you were so alt you called me on the phone to interview me for - were you writing for Matchnight? I remember pettyfog being involved (who I haven't seen around much). </nostolgia>
Sometimes I wish I knew where those files were or how I had so much time on my hands... The interviews would probably be fantastic reads today.
It all started going downhill when they banned posts having anything at all to do with politics. Or at least that's my story.
