It looks like LB Chateauroux are in Championnat National, the third division, sitting in third place and in contention for Ligue 2 promotion. Reims are also third place, in Ligue 2, and in contention for Ligue 1 promotion.
But despite being in 3rd place, Chateauroux have scored just 18 goals in 20 games and have a -2 goal differential. So it sounds like they need to boost offense if they want to go up. It makes sense. Of course, this is just based upon my own glance at the standings and stats. I have not seen Chateauroux play.
Interview from his new club. Seems pretty lightweight, with little to learn: PDF in French (page 5): http://www.berrichonne.net/filesopen//saison1617/prolongation/Prolongation-Bastia-10-02-17.pdf
