A criminal, of course. What else should I say?

Personally, it was a shame that the guy who shot Steve Scalise was killed, as he should have been arrested, convicted and spent the rest of his miserable life in jail.

Of course, the "circumstances" you mention have nothing at all to do with whether one rich white woman in Kentucky keeps a gun at her bedside. That is nuts.

Over 90% of domestic terror is committed by rightists but carry on with your usual bothsidesdoit-ism, @stanger.

    Link and time range.

    Because
Now you can argue that Islamist are really right wing people that happen to follow a different superstition (not all right wing terrorist are religious).

One thing I found surprising in the numbers is the relative lack of left wing terrorist acts since 9-11.

No it is different. If Chuck Schumer got Doxxed it would be ********ed up but he would have the resources to up his security and make the necessary changes in his life to adjust to it. If you got doxxed, It would be much worse as the average person doesn't have the resources to deal with such a thing, so I would actually feel bad for you.

It is funny, you refuse to accept your partisaness but that never stops you from trying to label someone else.

@VFish Thoughts on Gabbie Giffords? Or was that a lone incident? Looks like we are even in the psychos gonna be psycho challenge. Lets head into overtime and look at the killings of RWNJ since Trump became president?? Or is that unfair?

Since I am not partisan I don't think we are level (what ever that means). And I don't know, was the Gabbie Giffords shooting an assassination attempt or just a crazed wacko?

Nonpartisan, at least in English, implies that someone aligns their ideas from the perspective or either or both parties. Show me one single solitary time when Fishy expressed agreement with a "Democrat" point of view.

You, like the vast majority of "Independent Centrists" are Republicans pretending to be something else. You claim not to have voted for Trump, (and some people claim to have voted for Obama twice!), but every talking point is straight out of the GOP/Fox News playbook.

Independent Centrists are the cod reggae of politics.

While it may seem at first as a defense of judge k, it is not.

    https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2018/10/why-black-men-relate-brett-kavanaugh/572776/

So the question then, should black males that get accused of sexual assault be treated more like Judge Kavanaugh or should all males that get accused of sexual assault be treated more like a black males.

    Something in between for both?

Now before some one points it out, yes she does avoid one very important point, the SC nomination was not a trail it was a job interview, so she does conflict this to make her point.

I voted for Bill Clinton... twice. John Kerry once, and I will not be voting for Brian Kemp in November. I doubt a straight party liner like you can say the same.

Steve Scalise? Yes, I guess he is a crazed partisan*. Good point.

However, it was a horrible crime that he and others were shot.
That shooter was a loon. He should have been arrested and convicted.

He wasn't shooting politicians, he was hunting Republicans. He was pretty open about it. I am glad he took a tax payer relief bullet even if you aren't.

Yes, and it was a horrible crime he committed and he was killed for his crime.
Essentially he was extra-judiciously executed, which deprived the courts (and, ultimately, the people) of the opportunity to find out even more about why he did what he did.

You can attempt to surmise based on his previously social media, but we do not know for sure...and never will.

What is there to surmise? He had a list of republicans in his pocket. He specifically asked which team was the Republican team. He also muttered something about Obamacare. It is very clear what his motive was.

Notice how quickly @VFish ran from Gabbie Giffords shooting? I guess to him she got what she deserved for being a Democrat.

What? To my knowledge Jared Loughner wasn't politically motivated. He was just nuts. If that is incorrect please provide some details.
